Our parish altar boys strive to give glory to God through service at His holy altar. They serve at High Mass and Low Mass, Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament, and other liturgical ceremonies as torchbearers, acolytes, thurifers, crucifers, and masters of ceremonies.
This privilege is open to boys who have received first Holy Communion. For those willing to make serving at Mass a priority, our monthly meeting of altar boys meets on the second Saturday of each month after the 9 am Mass.

2024 Acolyte Boot Camp
Acolyte Boot Camp in 2024 went from July 15 to July 19. It was open to all boys who had received their First Holy Communion. We were blessed with two seminarians to train the boys to serve at Low Mass, Sung Mass, Solemn High Mass, Vespers, and Benediction. This was a great opportunity for the boys to learn new serving roles and we will have a special class dedicated to teaching the new boys their Latin prayers. Every evening we had Vespers with ceremony, Exposition and Benediction, and Sung Mass or Solemn High Mass. This gave the boys many opportunities to serve in different roles. There was no cost to participate in Acolyte Boot Camp. Here is the daily schedule for that week:
