On Saturday, November 18th, 2023, the East Shore YMCA hosted St. Lawrence's basketball tournament.Team captains were:
- Anthony Kearney
- Gabriel Kearney
- Anthony Fonticoba
- Vincent Fonticoba
- Evan Sloane.
Vincent Fonticoba’s team beat Anthony Kearney’s team 24-21 in double overtime.
During the intermission of the tournament the Knights of Columbus sponsored a free throw contest for children 9-14.
Winners were:
Boys Age 9: Isaiah Jones
Boys Age 10: Maximilian Chemsak
Boys Age 11: Eli Jones
Girls Age 12: Grace Carney
Boys Age 13: Augustine Fontibaca
Girls Age 14: Avery Carney
